If your parcel arrives damaged during transit, please follow these steps:
If possible, reject the parcel directly from the courier
If the parcel is delivered while you are not present, contact our customer support immediately
Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us resolve the issue faster
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Shipping transit time is non-refundable once the order has been shipped
